Modern Architecture in Vienna
In Vienna, you encounter all architectural styles of European history.
Well-known highlights such as the Gothic St. Stefhen's Cathedral
and the Baroque Schönbrunn Palace draw
tousands of visitors every year.
Off the beaten path, however, you can discover
important archcitecture of modern times - from Otto Wagner's
art neuveau buildings to posmodern statements
and current architecture as well...
Thanks for sharing this and giving us a peek into Vienna's architecture. Very interesting!

OdpovedaťOdstrániťThis first pic of reflection is absolutely fabulous!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťThen, the different views of architecture are really interesting to discover!
Yes, wonderful pictures ... enjoy your architectural beauty!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťA dramatic reflection for Schonbrunn (sorry no umlaut on my keyboard). Had our vacation twice in Vienna, but still virtually saw "nothing" as there is so much to see!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťVery cool "red" reflection. You've shown some really nice modern architecture too but nothing can beat Hundertwasser in my opinion! :-)
OdpovedaťOdstrániťLovely reflections, surrounded with red. :)
OdpovedaťOdstrániťFantastic reflection shots ~ lots of great ones ~ carol, xo
OdpovedaťOdstrániťYour top reflection photo is excellent. The photos show many contemporary architectural styles . . . not the kind of traditional architecture that built Vienna's beauty.
OdpovedaťOdstrániťCaptivant, ce rideau rouge sur la façade!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťFabulous photographs of the beautiful buildings! like its...I just found a glorious hill spot which is very famous for its natural beauty and historical values. I hope that you will know about its amazing attraction through my new post..

OdpovedaťOdstrániťWonderful reflections in the first photo! Thank you for showing what the buildings look like when they are not being reflected too.
OdpovedaťOdstrániťA lovely series-the first is my favorite!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťmuch modern architecture doesn't inspire me but I love the wavy porch in photo 3
OdpovedaťOdstrániťSo much colour in the architecture and an excellent colourful reflection too!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťSeems like the city is well worth a visit. :) Thanks for sharing.
OdpovedaťOdstrániťLove that variety of architecture. But my favorite it the older stuff.
OdpovedaťOdstrániťBeautiful set of the modern architectural buildings. love the colors of the buildings..
OdpovedaťOdstrániťIt seems to me that Europeans do more creative things architecturally than we do in the States. Love all of these!
OdpovedaťOdstrániťThanks for stopping by, Viera. I'm sort of on a hiatus although am posting occasionally on our website blog: L & L Photography (http://www.landlfotos.com/blog)
