Started in 1749 and it's an exhaustive and exhilarating stampede through world cultures, with galleries devoted to Egypt, Western Asia, Greece, the Orient, Africa, Italy, the Etruscans, the Romans, prehistoric and Roman Britain and medieval antiquities.

  22. Well, my memories, as you call it was not ended. I,m thinking about getting back to London, defenetly. I thought to do it in September, but a depression taken after Mietzsche,s death, the crissis and my mother,s althzeimer made me to change my mind. But still i belong to some places around Soho, Candem and Kentish Town, Hampstead, Highgate...-my goodness---Sheperds Bush, Ealing Broadway or West Acton or...Regent,s Street a foggy and frozen early sunday morning. Obviously during the winter. I studied at the South Thames College and I lived also in Roehampton, nearby Richmond Forest... I gave a Magistral Lesson, about my poetry in the Queen Mary College, in Mile End. London, for me is an alive map, not only memory and although have passed more than twenty years and Maggie Thatcher spent a lot of diallectic rubbish rottening the country... :-)

  24. The skinheads attack provoked a love story. The following week, Dinah and me went to the poetry reading with the translation of Lorca,s The unfaithful wife. An old man wearing a brown raincoat said to me that still remembered Dylan Thomas hunging around Candem and asking for money to sip something to drink... Dinah read her translation: And I took her to the river... Dinah was anxious and a bit drunk. Someone upset ashamed her and Dinah started to scream and cry after I read the original version of the poem: Y yo me la lleve al rio/creyendo que era mozuela.../. Dinah said she took tablets and some wine... When the poetry Reading was over We went out and I felt really concernned. We went towards Candem Town, where Dinah lived and during the walk we started to embrace and kissing each other...The streets were quiet but I was worried about the anxiety of her. Somehow we started that to calm her down. She was much older than me and each kiss and embrace equalized our ages, somehow... Finally we got in her home. I felt relief and told her to go on my home, once she got in hers and her daughter was in home too. I asked her for the telephone to call for a taxi. She felt dissapointed and got the phone set beside me, and her left leg over mine,s. Ok, call for a taxy while I filt the silk of her fishnets on my fingers... We started to love each other on the sofa and after a while of smuggling we went together to her bedroom...
